The vehicle-mounted hand chain is mainly used for emergency restraint and control of the pressed object, and it can also prevent assault. The surface of the vehicle-mounted hand chain should be bright, uniform in color, free of shelling, blisters, etc., and each connection should be smooth and tidy. There shall be no more than 4 hard stamps on each vehicle's hand chain, each having an area no larger than 3 mm2, and shall not be concentrated on the same lock body surface.

Lock body anti-dial net working time not less than 2min.
The hand-carriage chain of the vehicle shall be kept for 30s under the action of longitudinal force (F1) tension ≥2200N and lateral force (F2) tension ≥2200N. During the period, the lock body shall not be opened. There shall be no permanent deformation, opening or breakage after the test.
Corrosion resistance
The anti-corrosion rating of the vehicle-mounted hand chain should not be less than 6 and the spray cycle is 12h.
Structure size: The vehicle-mounted hand chain is composed of a ring and a chain connection fixture between the lock body and the lock pin. The length of the vehicle-mounted hand chain bracket to the end of the lock pin is 450mm±20mm; the length of the lock body to the lock pin is 150mm±5mm. The mass of vehicle-mounted hand chain should not exceed 150g. The two on-board handcart chains shall be installed on the bolts on the seat belts at both sides of the rear seat of the vehicle and shall not affect the strength of the seatbelt anchorage points. The length of the vehicle-mounted hand chain chain exposed to the seat cushion to the end of the lock pin is 150 mm±20 mm.
